Branching the system and respecting airflow direction

To create additional inlets, the main line must be branched using 45° FF or MF wyes. Branches can be developed horizontally (same floor) or vertically (multiple floors). central vacuum branching
In multi-storey buildings, you can either create a single vertical riser and branch it on each floor (A), or create multiple independent lines and merge them into a single collector near the power unit (B).
