The Spider Extractor is an advanced motorised system designed for the top-feed extraction of solid biomass from flat-bottom storage silos. It ensures a steady, reliable fuel supply and is ideal for both modular and integrated installations.

Top-feed extraction with progressive movement

Placed directly on top of the stored material, the Spider gradually extracts fuel while descending towards the bottom of the silo.
Its internal mechanism automatically manages rotation inversions, ensuring uniform movement and continuous fuel availability.

Automatic operation with built-in protections

The unit includes an electronic control board featuring overvoltage, overcurrent and short-circuit protection, enabling stable operation even in demanding environments.
It can also be used in custom-built or third-party silos.

Smart control and system integration

The Spider Extractor features its own control module and can be directly connected to:
