Black Separator is a cyclonic pre separator with integrated dosing unit, designed to optimise suction in combustion systems for boilers capable of burning powdered fuels. It is particularly effective with powdery biomass and ensures a cleaner, more efficient combustion process. Thanks to its advanced cyclonic technology, Black Separator improves system performance while protecting the filter and vacuum motor from excessive dust exposure.

Main Features of Black Separator

• Designed for Boilers: Ideal for boilers that process powdered combustible materials, ensuring optimal utilisation of biomass.
• Efficient Cyclonic Technology: Fuel enters the Black Separator where, through its cyclonic shape, dust particles settle into the dosing unit together with the biomass. They are then released into the boiler, improving the combustion process.
• Protection for Filters and Motors: The pre separator significantly reduces dust accumulation, preserving the condition of the filter and vacuum motor and extending their service life.
• Compatible with Control Panel Drive: Must be paired with the Control Panel Drive, item AP4200.00.01, to ensure optimal system performance and synchronised operation.
• Flexible Installation: Should be installed on the dedicated suction line (IN) above the boiler tank. The reversible pipe connection enables right or left installation. Mounting can be done on the wall or directly on the boiler tank using the dosing flange.
