They are available in the following variations:
- PVC expansion joint Ø 50 mm;
- PVC expansion joint Ø 63 mm.
If it is necessary to run a section of pipe outside, to connect two different buildings (for example, a detached garage from the main building where the central vacuum cleaner is located, to be connected to the house), it is essential to pay attention to the expansion and settlement of the ground. For this, it is necessary to use the appropriate expansion joints to be installed as follows:
- one at the outlet of the piping of the first building
- one before the entrance of the second building.
The pipe network that crosses the ground must be insulated in order to minimize condensation inside, which, in contact with the aspirated dust, could create incrustations.
