RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Have you received your order but changed your mind? No problem, you can return the goods within 14 days of the delivery date.
Since we deal with hygiene and cleaning products, it is important that the returned goods meet these conditions.

We cannot accept returns that do not comply with these rules under any circumstances. This is a protection for the health of the staff handling the returned goods.
All requests are evaluated by our staff. We will contact you to arrange the pickup.

You have three simple options to request the return of an order

From your personal My Cleanoop account, you can independently access the return request. Simply select the order you wish to return and click the ‘Request a return for this order’ button. Fill out the request by specifying the reason and whether you wish to return the entire order or only part of the products received, and send the message to our customer service.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
You can also request the return of your order through our customer service by phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Our customer service team is available from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
REFUNDS
We are committed to processing your refunds as quickly as possible. As soon as the goods return to our warehouse, they are inspected by our staff. The refund is made exclusively by bank transfer.
DEFECTIVE, WRONG, OR MISSING ITEMS
We prepare orders with the utmost care. If you have received a defective product, one that was damaged during shipping, or if the order is incomplete, we will help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
