Which countries do you ship to?

Cleanoop ships to all the countries listed at checkout. The shipping cost is calculated automatically in the cart according to the destination country.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days. Delivery times depend on the courier and the destination country.

Can I track my parcel?

Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email from the courier with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s progress.
