Returns and Refunds

Changed your mind after receiving your order? No problem! Cleanoop gives you 14 days to request a return from the delivery date. Products must be intact and unused to ensure safety and hygiene. Our team will handle your request and contact you to arrange collection.

Refund policy

Refunds are processed as quickly as possible via bank transfer, after the returned items have been checked at our warehouse.
