How do I create a MyCleanoop account?

There are two ways to create a MyCleanoop account:

  • Go to the registration page and enter your information. After signing up, you’ll receive a confirmation email—just follow the instructions to activate your account.
  • You can also create an account directly during checkout: simply tick the appropriate box in the cart. This allows you to complete your purchase and activate your account in one single step, without re-entering your details.

How do I reset my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, go to the login page and click on “Forgot password?”. Enter your email address to receive a reset link.

How can I update my account information?

Log in to your account and open the “Account Details” section to change your email address, password, or other personal information.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. If you wish to delete your account, please contact our customer service to request its permanent removal.
