Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern access to and use of the services provided by Tecnoplus srl to users of the Cleanoop website.
1. Definitions
For the proper understanding and acceptance of these T&Cs, the following terms, whether singular or plural, have the meanings indicated below:

- Website: the online platform https://cleanoop.com, operated by the Owner
- Products: the goods and/or services offered on the Website
- User: any person accessing the Website
- Consumer: a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to their professional activity
- Conditions: this agreement governing the relationship between the Owner and the Users
2. Registration
Certain features require registration with accurate information. The User must accept the Privacy and Cookies Policy as well as these Terms and Conditions.
3. Account deletion
The User may deactivate their account via the Website interface or request its deletion by writing to [email protected] or calling +39 0381 650082.
4. Intellectual property
The Owner holds the intellectual property rights to the Website and its contents. No license is granted to the User unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Disclaimer of warranty
The Website is provided “as is” and “as available”. The Owner does not guarantee the absence of interruptions, errors, or viruses, nor that the Website will meet the specific needs of Users.
6. Limitation of liability
The Owner shall not be held liable for disruptions related to Internet use, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. The User agrees to hold the Owner harmless from any liability for damages caused to third parties through the use of the Website.
7. Force majeure
The Owner is not responsible for any failure to perform due to force majeure or unforeseeable events. Performance is suspended for the duration of such events.
8. Links to third-party websites
The Website may contain links to external websites for which the Owner assumes no responsibility.
9. Waiver
Any waiver of a right by either party must be made in writing to be valid.
10. Partial invalidity
If any clause of these Conditions is found to be null or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy and Cookies Policy.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court where the Owner’s registered office is located.
13. Dispute resolution and mediation
The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was permanently closed in July 2025. Since March 2025, it has no longer been possible to file new complaints through this platform. Complaints submitted before this date will continue to be processed until completion.
As a replacement, consumers have the right to use consumer mediation. Cleanoop appoints a competent mediator who customers may contact in the event of a dispute. Mediator details will be provided upon request.
