Did you receive your order but have you changed your mind? No problem, you have up to 14 days from the delivery date to return the product.
Since we deal with products dedicated to hygiene and cleaning, it is essential that the returned goods comply with these conditions
Under no circumstances will we be able to accept returns that do not respect these rules. It is a protection for the health of the return staff and customers.
All requests are evaluated by our staff. We will contact you to arrange the pick-up.
You have three simple ways to request the return of an order
MY CLEANOOP ACCOUNT
From your personal My Cleanoop account you can ask for a return request yourself. Select the order for which you want to return and click the “Request a return for this order” button.
Fill in the request, write the reason for the return and if you want to return the entire order or only some products received and forward the message to our customer service.
If you have placed the order as a guest and you do not have a My Cleanoop account, you can submit your request through this form, specifying your data and the reference order.
Alternatively, you can request the return of your order by contacting our customer service by phone, email or What’sApp.
Our customer care is open from Monday to Friday, from 08.30 to 12.30 and from 14.00 to 18.00.
We are committed to refunding your return as quickly as possible. As soon as the goods return to our warehouses, they will be checked by our staff.
For administrative policies, we issue the agreed refund only by bank transfer.
We take the utmost care in preparing orders. If you have received a defective product, damaged during transport or the order is incomplete, we will help you solve the problem as quickly as possible.
