As we deal with products dedicated to hygiene and cleaning, it is essential that the returned goods meet these conditions
We cannot accept returns that do not comply with these rules. This is a protection for the health of the return staff and customers.
All requests are evaluated by our staff. We will contact you to schedule a pick-up.
You have three easy options to request the return of an order
MY CLEANOOP ACCOUNT
From your account My Cleanoop you can request a return by yourself. It is sufficient to select the order you wish to return and click on the "Request a return for this order" button.
Complete the request with the reason and if you want to return the whole order or only some of the products received and send the message to our customer service.
If you have placed your order as a guest and don't have a My Cleanoop account, you can submit your request via this form, including your data and the order number.
Otherwise, you can request the return of your order contacting our customer service by phone, email or What'sApp.
Our customer care team answers every day, Monday to Friday, from 08.30 to 12.30 and from 14.00 to 18.00 (UTC+1 Rome).
We will refund your return quickly. As soon as the goods are back in our warehouse, they will be checked by our staff.
For administrative reasons, we make the refund by bank transfer.
We take the maximum care to prepare orders. If you have received a defective product, damaged during transport or an incomplete order, we will help you to solve the problem as quickly as possible.
